how to get more vibration for some video call application??

hello, have difficult time figure out how more vibration set video calls. can know deaf problem video call application tango, fring , qik video tend have set off 1 vibration. want feel more vibration can answer video call. have cydia application on iphone 4s , maybe if of know how giving me instruction step step. thanks.
