Finder quits and does not launch

hello everyone,

i'm having weird problem in lion.

can quit finder command + q (!) not launch. command in terminal
sudo /system/library/coreservices/finder.app/contents/macos/finder

not fix problem, empty windows , cannot access hard drive.

performed permissions repair , verified disk, nothing gets fixed.
ideas?

to relaunch finder, rather quit, use command-option-escape select finder , click relaunch. or hold option key , right-click on finder icon on dock select relaunch.
