this first post here , i'm hoping able me out. few days ago screen froze on apple logo. happened me 9 months ago , able fix restoring factory settings. can't seem because 1) when plug computer , try connect itunes, nothing comes up; won't recognize , 2) not charge @ (right before froze; dead battery). left plugged in wall outlet , computer , not charge.
after doing lot of research past few days , trying these things people suggest do, nothing works. saw faulty usb cord? if true able use (borrow) else's usb cord (like iphone)? don't want waste money buying 1 if that's not problem.
hoping can ideas how fix these problems.
