Pls help me. Im scared, i think my mac is hacked

im going through ugly divorce husband.. , feel has installed sort of spyware or keylogger on imac. googled around , did netstat -n thing.. , found im uncomfortable with. protemac daemon listening etc etc daemon protemac? , else should out for? im genuinely scared life.. me pls. police unable until can provide further evidences. im seeking refuge @ friends house seems know am. me pls.
