Price Advice Is this a good price to buy an iMac 21.5" 2011?

i have been going , forth between used mac mini , imac, , found imac 21.5" 2011 model 1,100,000 won, 976.8 dollars.
it's base model. guys think deal?
btw, price base model imac 1,490,000 won here in korea.

 

also, since new release of imacs imminent, shoud rather wait prices drop?
