ifile crashing

hi,

doing icons modifications winterboard theme (jaku), simple cut , paste, , reboot iphone , ifile can't accessed !

kept respringing when open it. didn't install new apps or cydia stuff.

tried delete , reinstalling it, still doesn't work. , tried ssh phone , didn't see strange conflicts in directory.

did changing of few icons cut n paste nothing system.

having problem ? appreciated!

btw: iphone 4s jailbroken 5.01 absinthe v.3

not lot of info on net ifile crashing on ios5 ....
