Does it say LTE before you sign up?


setting new at&t ipad , supposedly in 4g lte area yet shows 4g signal.

have pay data plan before shows lte?
don't want at&t version if can't lte in area.
 

i don't trying ask.

seems obvious me have pay any data plan.
