What might be broken, maybe purchasing defektive mac mini

maybe im going purchase defective mac mini 2.26, 2gb, 9400m of ebay.
listed defektive , seller doesnt know broken. wrote person , said not have kb, mouse, or screen test put when plugs mac mini in , presses power button light on front turns on. hdd taken out seller.

know might broken, know there kot info no onw sell comp , dont know wrong unless dont, not theirs , sellin else or dipped liquid on , dont want write

yeh have mini doesnt work light turns on?? know can cause this??
