hey everyone, i'm new here i'll give little background.
got macbook may 2006. ever since got have had nothing issues screen, battery, ram, , this. using mac os x 10.5.8 leopard. has happened sound. i've searched high , low answers , can't find same mine. can't hear on internet. i've tried google chrome, safari, firefox , opera, , can't hear on youtube videos, pop ads, nothing. know not speakers because can hear volume control, startup, error sounds videos/music on itunes. while searching saw making account. enabled "guest" account , went on youtube on account , works - can hear everything. problem don't want make whole new account, i'd rather fix preferences , stay on account has everything.. guess question is, why happening, , how can fix it? i'm extremely frustrated , confused! if need other information macbook let me know. in advance!
