ATI 4870 strange pcie config.

hi guys
ive managed pc ati 4870 working mac pro 1.1 , apple bootscreen strange happening. found instructions on on how create mac rom pc rom adding efi part it.

heres odd bit.

boot in slot 2 with pcie system config set @ x1 if change x8 refuses seen. if stick in slot 1 runs @ x16 cant seen.

know slots 1 , 2 work still have old nv7300 , been testing.

ive tested other 4870 roms, again wont work in slot 1 @ , x1 in slot 2

thoughts?
