Win7 Client No Longer Able To Access Share

ever since updated mini server 10.7.3 ( using combo update ), i've been unable access smb shares win7 client; every time try map drive, error saying incorrect username / password.

oddly, can access share on smb air running lion 10.7.3.

accounts local, there's no od involved....

appreciate pointers.....

 

hmmmm, somehow i've managed fix removing smb share point, turning off file sharing, changing password user account, re-starting file sharing, , enabling smb share point.

not quite right, though, following password change, can remotely administer server using server admin, not server.app ( wobbles screen @ me when try , connect ).

appears there's disconnect between changing password in server.app, , changing in users & accounts under system preferences...
