edit: issue has been resolved. solution pair headset (i.e. while headset still unnamed, before osx determine name of headset jawbone icon). also, not deleted bluetooth references file in library folder, audio preferences. when did of these steps, jawbone icon connected fine! did receive "bluetooth audio error" message fixed using usual method below.

understand many forums filled osx lion users encountering problems bluetooth issues headsets. wanted specify issue i'm having in particular forum.
have jawbone icon working fine macbook air 11" (2011) 2 weeks ago.
usually, annoying "bluetooth audio error" message, switching microphone options jawbone icon in audio settings circumvented problem.
today, had different surprise. bluetooth audio error message strikingly persistent. so, decided remove device , re-pair again. bewilderment, refuses pair air. bluetooth setup shows "gathering information device," jawbone light turns off , device never finishes pairing, though hear "jawbone connected" through headset.
moreover, bluetooth preferences show device connected, sound options have no choices output through jawbone. furthermore, pressing jawbone's button gives me "waiting phone connect" message.
think bluetooth 1 thing in lion bugs me. admit windows 7 more reliable in regard. nonetheless, i'll quick time machine restore 2 weeks ago, before do, there ideas jawbone icon users? thank you!
