iWeb or Sandvox for a Noob?

i started playing iweb , found easy , suitable need (a personal website , associated blog). i'm not designer - can't coordinate clothing colors, let alone own site scratch. programming? let's not go there.

after looking update iweb, apple has left whither on vine.

before far thing, should switch sandvox? $80 not big deal me, compared limited free time.
