iPhone 4 wifi is dead

hello everyone,

have trouble iphone 4; wifi dead.
wifi toggle turned light grey in settings menu.

have reinstalled iphone (also in dfu mode) won't work.

reassembled iphone entirely , cleaned including motherboard 96% alcohol, unfortunately doesn't work either.

wifi antenna cover @ top of iphone (when backside openen) doesnt have visible damage. screws fit perfectly.

is possible wifi-chip dead? or have solution?
