Crucial m4 256GB SSD, Loin, and Windows 7 Transfer

trying transfer current 750gb hard drive 256gb ssd (crucial m4) want run internally (as drive) on 13.3" unibody (bought 2 weeks ago) mbp.

when run software provided, ez gig iii, error telling me drive transferring smaller source. understand this, concern start @ beginning , not make partition.

basically, sorry newb question, best way data off 750gb drive (including partition, win7, etc.) onto new 256gb ssd without having re-install windows 7 via bootcamp?

or:

in window 7, best buy opti-drive , run both ssd , 750gb drive internally , run win7 on ssd , loin on other?
