Brand new i5 13" Air and severe flash player jumping

wife's late 2010 11" mba plays flash video great, it's when playing 1080 flash video tv have trouble, plex fixes that.

13" i5. expecting better performance, playing flash video gets 2 frames second, yet alone full screen , haven't bothered connecting tv!

else had problem?

hey man had same problem when called applecare said check internet speed , update latest flash player.
