Should I buy this iPhone? (a bricked 3GS)

a guy offers me bricked iphone 3gs baseband 06.15.00 , ios 5.0.1, jailbroken. price , i'm temped buy want ask advice. think fix or necessary take apple change baseband chip or something?

 

depends on bricked it. it's extremely hard say. know not turning on. if it's software, can save it. curious, how good (in terms of price)? answer question @ least let me able tell whether i, personally, take gamble. $25? sure. $100? maybe not.
