How to sell an iPad unlimited data sim?

i want unload asap not sure way go, either ebay or craigslist. i'm sure more popular on ebay let's sells close $300 have ship way , receive funds way. haven't sold on ebay since took away negative feedback.

or guidance appreciated.

 

i'm not sure i'd buy 1 of on ebay. i'd prefer face face.

rumored lte going in ipad 3, wonder if these still able used on new version.
