Cydia: "Done: Packages" forever looping...

is there wrong iphone 4s jb? when first enter cydia says downloads packages , stuff...but right @ end continuously loops saying "done: packages"

there wrong jb or because cydia way on loaded right now??

 

overloaded. im getting same thing right now.
