Adding Groups to Email


another question boss... wants able email/message "groups" of people outlook @ work. example, have 3 guys make maintenance , wants email them because doesn't know around day. know can click add each contact there actual "group" setting? if not, figured add contact "maintenance" , add many phone numbers & email addresses needed under it. easier him if select 3 contacts , name them "maintenance" instead of retyping everything.
