If you had AppleCare+, would you still use a case / screen protector?

i'm debating whether want spigen glas.t screen protector ($30 shipped) - hate feeling of screen protectors feel glass 1 might trick.

thing is, have applecare+ on 4s. else have applecare+ , still rock case or screen protector?

 

i have applecare+ still have spg glas.t on 4s.
not use cases, hate cases much, ruin experience of having thin , beautiful phone. i've dropped 4s many times thing tank! there dings scratches on metal band cares, apple replace if take in store.
reason have glas.t little protection. last weekend dropped phone @ beach parking lot screen didn't shatter, part of glas.t shattered.
if want protect screen, buy glas.t, feels smooth glass on iphone, , has oleophobic coating.
