had restore iphone 4s due messing theme - got stuck on spinning circle. anyway, im square one, fresh jb & ready start downloading again.

can please list best 'safe' sources , tools should before continue?

oh & once cheat, cheat guess

using winterboard, changing dock layout, carrier logo etc. had dreamboard themes bit confusing - want modify default as can(want to) without causing issues.
