though issue unknown , not unique maroo, moment issue reported demonstrated commitment resolving issue quickly, customer satisfaction @ forefront. thank maroo!

in today’s world, few companies right thing when mistakes made.

allow me introduce myself; i’m dave dietz, ceo , 1 of 3 owners of maroo. recently, in preparation launch of new ipad, @ maroo made modifications our ipad folio cases. our intention offer our customers – acceptance , satisfaction of our products our top priority – 3rd generation ipad case @ same time new ipad released. prior new ipad’s launch, indications pointed our current case fitting , functioning perfectly.

however, in 11th hour, discovered there issue sleep/wake feature. new ipad’s internal trigger brings device in , out of sleep mode has been modified. magnet embedded in our covers shipped out new ipad doesn't work because of modification. feel sleep/wake feature important function of our cases, , imperfection unacceptable.

this, sincerely apologize. not hide nor try make excuses our mistake, , importantly, make things right. purchased case new ipad between march 7 , march 16, our solution:

* ordering re-configured cases modified smart magnets.
* when cases built, each customer submits original sales information in form below receive replacement case works.
* please keep case have now. after all, still provides excellent protection , works of have ipad 2.

exemplary customer service maroo! it's incredible how have acknowledged problem , way dealing it, it's stress free , hassle free customers. have won on returning customer , not hesitate recommend them friends , family!
