Regret not getting LTE?

ordered wifi "the new ipad" (i love saying that) , wondering if should swap lte when it. tether 4s when on public transportation , other non-wifi areas. office has terrible 3g because of height of building , many sites blocked on company pc forces me stare @ phone , watch loading bar creep along.

i'm not torn between two.

partly because apple has ignored europe regarding lte. , when completely, mean completely. absolutely 0 support.
