Different power outlets affect iPad charging speed?

does know if outlet 10w ipad charger plugged might affect speed @ charge new ipad?

don't know if i'm imagining things noticed new ipad seems charge more outlet next couch vs outlet next dad. possible? same charger, same cord, nothing else substantial plugged other receptacle on outlet (just small lamp).

know if plugging charger 1 outlet versus or power strip affect speed @ ipad chargers?

had assumed amount of electricity coming out of outlet or power strip exceeded ipad needed there wouldn't problem – i'm wondering if there's strange walt vs amps electricity thing going on i've never understood.
