Rogue App on my iPhone

last night found rogue app on iphone don't remember downloading or purchasing.

, when click on "view in itunes" within link, shows in english --- solitaire fantastic

found costs $0.99 , gamecenter app. looking on computer @ info app, says purchased on march 19th apple id. looking @ purchase history in itunes though, see no record of such purchase.

did mandatory change password , device authorization, how such app on phone , there no record of me ever purchasing app?

thoughts?

 

is possible downloaded when first introduced? @ time free , downloading have been one-click procedure.

i'm not sure- downloaded free apps show in purchase history?
if not, guess.
