Stuck on Apple Loading Screen

rebooted mac timemachine , once finished restarted.

it's been stuck on apple spinning screen after restart , have no idea do.

please help.

had same problem too. tried rebooting no success , ended taking genius bar. @ first thought hardware glitch , told me hard drive needed replaced , when did thorough diagnostic, found software glitch. replaced software , has been running fine ever since. have 2010 13 inch mac book pro. possible may having same problem well. luck in resolving issue. hope minor problem.
