Apple Files New German Lawsuit Targeting Ten Samsung Smartphones

bloomberg reports apple has filed new lawsuit in germany against samsung, seeking ban sales of ten different smartphone models on alleged design infringement.

germany has been site of significant amount of legal action between apple , samsung, apple winning injunction barring sale of galaxy tab 10.1 in country. samsung has apparently circumvented injunction release of design-tweaked galaxy tab 10.1 german market, although apple continues press forward legal efforts against samsung's tablets.
