Restore ipad from JB - not working

i have tinyumbrella , says have shsh ipad2wifi 4.3.3

when click tss server button doesn't connect.

tried 'restore' through itunes , let backup ipad popped error message @ end of process.

want rid of jb , have clean ipad , update latest ios. how can that?
