Question about DVDStudio Pro 4 + compressor 4

hi all,

installed new hard drive , fresh copy of lion it's time install video editing software. i've been thinking of taking time move using fcpx, still need dvd studio pro (i need more advanced authoring , have no desire buy premiere package encore).

planning on getting compressor 4 @ point well. haven't purchased compressor 4 yet , question before have lot of heart ache.

notice fcs3 install disc wants install compressor if install dvd studio pro. if buy compressor 4 know if i'll have still install compressor 3.5 fcs3 or fcs3 installer allow me deselect compressor? if install dvd studio pro + compressor 3.5 first, , buy compressor 4 app store, compressor 4 overwrite 3.5 or end 2 versions of compressor on system?

you end 2 versions of compressor, renamed 3.5 version "compressor 3.5" , version 4 "compressor 4".

can't run 2 versions @ same time:

, if start 4 first , 3.5 after that, 4 closed after clicking quit in above dialog.
