magic mouse is eating batteries !!

hi
i've got magic mouse since jan 23 ..
, i've used windows day till recieved mac mini on jan 31 ..
when conected mac checked battery level , 98%..
nw everyday check , noticed level dropping fast ..
nw 67% !!!
normal !?

 

do turn off when not using it?
batteries using too- hold charge on others.
