Apple customer service needs more people ?


why when take product mac or ipad on apple takes them 1 week or 2 weeks before @ it? , if not have parts takes them 2 weeks or more parts ?

of apple customer service ? or in bad areas lack of staff ?

know 1 girl took macbook pro in , in on week , no phone call? this.
 

i'd assume main priority working outside on floor making sales.

other that, maybe they're busy doing other things?
