alternative to the $20 text messageing (the only one for at&t)

i don't want pay $20 texting send 100 month , options att $20 or keep text blocking (current feature) why att did rid of cheapper plans aka $5.00 250 messages may want cancel service , pay etf cause don't offerings , getting broke att. lol

 

i guess alternative text without texting plan , pay per text fee.
