Use buttons as keyboard keys

i making app website fuzzh.net. load page in uiwebview, want navigate between post buttons on toolbar.

if go website can navigate between post left , right arrow keys. possible buttons same thing keyboard keys?

it's script need send, ask if have php script can run when clicking buttons..
otherwise, html manipulation me overkill app..
