To many problems... please read iPhone [3GS]

alright first of @ beginning had problem:

friend of mine gave me iphone 3gs (old bootrom) (imported america holland)

accidently update'd iphone 5.0.1 , couldn't across start screen ios 5. said, lemme have look.... jailbreaked iphone using redsn0w (i'm on mac) , installed ultrasn0w. had "no service" issue, update'd baseband 06.15.00 (ipad) no luck. started google'n , tried hard find awnser... no success. untill....... came across post on forum said: "downgrade 4.1, fresh restore ipad baseband & install ultrasn0w again", did. after pwnd dfu via redsn0w!!!

here's problem:

iphone 3gs (on 4.1, bb 06.15.00) (4.1 firmware works btw)
still "no service"
, can't update 5.0.1 anymore (error 1600) use iphone ipod , wait fix.

can please me!
