I need an iPad photo app suggestion that lets me create masks ... (more below)

i have ton of photo apps ipad - name it, have (snapseed, filterstorm, photoforge2, photostudiohd, photowizard, etc). have picture took of friend , wanted change background solid white.

app found seemed have mask support photowizard, , un-user-friendly. used it, because wanted force myself to, literally took me 45 minutes, , still didn't right ...

have solution/suggestion sort of photo edit? thanks!
