[InstaFrManager] Updated to 1.5 for All Instagram Lover

what's new in ver 1.5

- fixed issue did not process "20 posts" , "40 posts" analysis after ig server changed.
- made interval between api calls getting follower/following information longer.
- "how use" popup can never shown tapping "don't show again".
