Chance of AT&T unlimited data plan being brought back

what chances of at&t unlimited data plan available again? since users experiencing faster speeds , more data being consumed, think maybe bring (at least limited time). think make lot more money, seeing people selling unlimited sim cards ridiculous amounts of money on ebay , etc. pay little more have added on. insights/opinions?
