How to sell your ideas to Apple without being cheated...?

i've idea software product, apple might appreciate , want introduce. there formal way inform them of such idea? don't legal notice found on site ( http://www.apple.com/legal/policies/ideas.html ), saying:

"you agree that: (1) submissions , contents automatically become property of apple, without compensation you; (2) apple may use or redistribute submissions , contents purpose , in way;"

ever made contact apple in such case?
or maybe should try luck , send idea directly tim? (maybe @ least hire me...)

 

save trouble. won't buy idea.
