Query for opening NSWindow from another NSWindow?

hi all,

have multiple nswindow ,1 main nswindow firstly visible when application running,that have buttons , other controls,on clicking of button open nswindow have nstableview,i want when open second window tableview must filled values.

open second window using runmodalforwindow,
dont understand insert value in second window

please can assist me.
