like many of you, received new ipad on launch day after ordering apple online store , upon turning on noticed 2 dead pixels near centre of screen.
no problem thought, booked genius appointment @ local (ish) apple store request exchange. on day of appointment told after 10 minutes of guy looking @ , making phone calls couldn't exchanged online stock , had exchanged via online store.
i've arranged return refund. right thought items returned / exchanged stores or in us?

online store items cannot exchanged @ retail stores here in hong kong well. bummer.
