AT&T Rep Damaged My iPhone 4S!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys,

need advice. purchased brand new 64gb iphone 4s craigslist , took on at&t store yesterday. broke seal @ store , usual both front , plastic protectors on. reason had taken store activated. watched store rep across counter attempt pry open sim card door, saw him slip , attempted again , managed pry open. returned iphone me activated , plastic still intact , put box until today when opened again. when removed plastic , started restoring backup had created on ip4, noticed 2 chip dents. 1 on chrome bezel , other on black frame surrounds screen. in addition chip dents, sim card tray not aligned bottom part protrudes noticeably. question if go at&t store , complain, give me new 1 or not accept responsibility? advice appreciated....tia

 

in type of situation it's best have confronted him right , there.
