My mov and mp4 movies and tv shows arent syncing to ipad!

tv shows , movies on ipad enabled arent syncing ipad. in either mov or mp4 format , when connect ipad says ipad not support format. way appears on ipad home sharing not in ipad itself. doing wrong? , also, 2 movies in there in m4v format cant put more videos in it.

the same thing happens me when loading home movies ipad2 or iphone4 (actually 5 of 78 did transfer). tried advanced menu option "create ipad or apple tv version) , fails "-118xx" error (don't remember last 2 digits). funny thing same movies work fine on atv2 should not need conversion option.
