Photoshop Quits

dear group,
while of necessity still on os x 10.4.11 , in trouble photoshop 7, wondering why not open , disappears @ time. took off applications , re-loaded no avail. still happens. sure use please make fix. seems me happened before don't remember cure was.

don / senior in trouble

 

does happen in another, temporarily created, user account?

, still running 10.4.1 or have updated latest 10.4.11 version?
