random white icons appearing when Install/uninstall

has there been fix yet, or dealing it?

i'm talking when install or uninstall app, adsheet , many others appear on springboard, , have respring rid of them

not complaining, seeing if have missed on few weeks of me not paying attention...

 

its been happening while , no fix besides restart or respring.
