Device already jailbroken

have iphone 4s ios 5.01 , reason isnt werry smart deletad installed on cyida(i mean everything)

, ofcourse, cydia disappeared..

thought re-install jailbrake , cydia reappear when use latest version of absinthe errorevice alread jailbroken! detected stash.

question.. how cydia :o

please me :s

 

find cydia deb saurik online , ssh onto phone. use ifile install it.
