Slingbox HD loses video on both Macs but not on iPhone

sb hd video drops on both macs @ same time (but audio still there , iphone player fine)
having odd issue slingbox hd , imac & macbook air.  have been using sb hd years macs without issue.  lately, both macs lose video, while audio comes through fine.  happened month ago and  went in , deleted slingbox plugin, reinstalled, , both worked again. 
 
today, both went out again @ same time.  deleted sb plugins, reinstalled, still no video. 
 
have slingbox player installed on iphone, has worked along.  lose video on macs, not iphone, know not slingbox hardware itself.
 
frustrating!
