Any other 3G Option in US?

so understanding ipad 2 att come sold unlocked in us. there other data option at&t?

have been paying data service since getting last year (i waited in line first ) use around 754mb month average feel waste. neither att plans work in favor.

ideas?

 

hmm, technically use tmobile sim card in ipad, don't think plans cheaper att.
