Podcast app can download in the background?

i'm trying move galaxy tab 10.1 new ipad main tablet. 1 of major usage watching video podcasts.

app i'm using icatcher, auto close after time running in background , break video downloading. there pop 1 min before shut down, want auto set download videos @ midnight, getting multiply times in night press pop ups not option.

can please me out , suggest podcast app can download in background without shuting down?
