Best Note Solution for Mac with iPad

i couldn't find specific thread on subject figured i'd poll collective conscious of mr.

know of solution taking notes (class) on mac , having sync (presumably via dropbox or w/e) can pulled on ipad.

type notes on mac in class , i'd love able read them on ipad (and edit if needed). have notability on ipad syncs dropbox decent app, , can export rtf files.

i'm asking... there better word (which have)? pages? else?

thoughts appreciated!
